THE FBF MODEL
The Fundamental model engages with brokers as licensees (each trading as a representative under the FBF credit license). Licensees aim to develop 50 core relationships with business owners in the SME sector.
As a fast-growing company we’re always recruiting. But it’s not about numbers. We’re looking for the right people to partner with our model and vision to build a mutually profitable partnership.
What’s the next step? By evaluating your level of experience and competence, FBF will customise an on-boarding program with ongoing support and training relevant to your needs, including elements from the following list:
